Policies and Refunds

Changing times mean changing policies at the salon.

Your appointment is very important to SG Hair Design; it is reserved especially for YOU.

We understand that sometimes schedule adjustments are necessary. However, to best serve our clients and our staff, we require a minimum 24-hour notice via telephone to cancel or change any reservation.

Please understand that when you forget or cancel your reservation, without giving enough notice, we miss the opportunity to fill that reservation time, clients on our waiting list miss the opportunity to receive services and our staff miss the opportunity for income.

SG Hair Design knows how easy it is to forget a reservation you booked months ago, so we confirmed your reservation a week in advance by email, and 48 hours in advance by phone.

Booking Charges.

To ensure our cancellation policy is upheld, we require a credit card to make a reservation.

24 hours prior to your service, your card will be charged up to 25% of the service value. The balance of your service value will be due once your service is complete.

Cancellations made with less than a 24-hour notice may be subject to a charge of 50% of the service value. “NO SHOWS” will be charged 100% of the reserved service amount. 

Service and Product Refunds.

SG Hair Design does not offer monetary refunds on services rendered.  If a client is unsatisfied with their service, they are urged to contact us within seven (7) days of their service to have corrections made on technical errors.

Product refunds will only be given for defective or damaged products.  Used products are non-refundable and will only be exchanged for salon credit or another product pending management approval.
